Gayle & Catherine have both worked for over 20 years as strategic leaders and communications experts in the not for profit sector. They came together as a jobshare 7 years ago, having never previously known or worked with each other, following Catherine covering Gayle's maternity leave and a decision by the CEO to create a broader full time role on her return.
