Marie-Christine and Nathalie have been jobsharing in senior VP finance roles since 2022.  In this, our first international episode, they talk about how their partnership came together with Marie- Christine having once worked for Nathalie, and the power of coaching to form a partnership of equals.  They also discuss the importance of innovative, transformative leaders in promoting and sponsoring jobsharing, as well as covering in more detail their flexible jobsharing model where they don't work fixed days and work 5 days in total.
