Jo is in the somewhat unique position of having shared with 4 different jobshare partners over a period of almost 15 years. Having worked full time, part-time and as a jobshare, Jo talks about the impact of jobsharing on her life and how jobsharing enabled her to fulfil her work and home ambitions. She also talks about the transitions between jobshare partners, recruiting for jobshare partners and how to build relationships before, during and after a jobshare.
