She also talks about the transitions between jobshare partners, recruiting for jobshare partners and how to build relationships before, during and after a jobshare. 

 

We're also joined by her current jobshare partner Kate Roberts, who shares her experience of joining Jo, having never jobshared before, and how that impacted her integration into the role and supercharged her induction!
